Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Regrettably, once your order has been processed and/or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can make changes. To do so, please contact us immediately by email: petpaletteshop@gmial.com.  You can find more details on the Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

How can I exchange or return an item?

We facilitate exchanges solely for defective or damaged goods. For a replacement of the same item, kindly reach out via email to petpaletteshop@gmail.com

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return in accordance with our cancellation policy.

 

How will I be refunded for a return?

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days of receipt and verification of the return. Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take longer for the amount to be credited to your account.

 

What should I do if my package is damaged?

Please report any transport damage immediately so that we can resolve it with the transport service provider. Please send us a description of the damage, as well as photos of the damage, the damaged box and the shipping label to petpaletteshop@gmail.com
